Logical thinking surely has its place. It can help us do things with greater efficiency. It can help calm us when our minds start going crazy with illogical fears. But, I think many of us have come to rely on it too heavily and it has shut us off from experiencing so many wonderful things in life.
Our natural tendency to figure things out keeps us stuck in lives we do not want because we look at our current circumstances and we cannot possibly think how we will get to where we most desire to be. We try to figure out the avenues through which things will come to us and come up with a limited few, none of which seem plausible so we think what we want is just not possible.
While logical thinking can serve us in many instances, it has no place in creating the life of your dreams. There is a beautiful force out in this universe, a wondrous, inexplicable force that works to bring you the things you want in life. You just need to set strong intentions to get these things. You just need to focus on the ‘’what’’ and the Universe will take care of the how through bringing certain people into your life, presenting you with certain opportunities and allowing your higher self to guide you to do certain things that serve your goals.
Trying to figure things out logically is probably the number one dream killer worldwide. There is an aspect of this world that operates completely independent of this mode of thought and so many reject it because it seems silly, simplistic or naïve. We value reason and logical thought and being ‘’realistic.’’ The things you want can be brought to you in infinite ways that you cannot even begin to imagine. Trying to control and figure out every aspect of your life will cut you off from so many wonderful experiences because you will be creating an energy that repels them.
If there are things you want to acquire or be in this life, know you can have them. The ‘’how’’ may not seem apparent at this very moment, but once you decide what it is you want, that will reveal itself. It may be something obvious or it may be something that you could have never seen coming, but either way, it will come.
Our life experience is comprised of the predominant thoughts we hold in our mind and if you believe you can have or be certain things, they will be so. If you do not believe, they will fail to materialize. Shush the logical part of your mind and start cultivating faith. A life lived solely based on logical thought will be boring at best and unfulfilling and frustrating at worst.
